Our comprehensive support system includes warranty, maintenance resources, and professional technical assistance.

When you invest in an Enomatic wine serving system through Wine Pouring Systems, you’re not just buying equipment – you’re partnering with us for the long term. We back every system with a three-year warranty, installation and training options, and a suite of support services designed to keep your machine performing well for years to come.

Standard Warranty – Included with Every System

Every Enomatic purchased through Wine Pouring Systems comes with a 3-Year Standard Warranty covering manufacturer defects in parts and workmanship.

Included at no extra cost:

  • Access to our online Knowledge Base – a 24/7 online portal with videos, cleaning tutorials, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Remote support during business hours via phone, FaceTime or Zoom to assist with setup, diagnostics and maintenance questions.

  • Replacement parts supplied under warranty where applicable.

We recommend discussing your warranty and care plan options when finalising your order to ensure the best long-term fit for your business.


Installation & Training Packages

To ensure everything runs smoothly from day one, we can manage the full setup process for you:

  • Professional Installation by our trained technicians or certified partners.

  • Staff Training on daily use, cleaning, and best practices for preserving wine quality.

  • Ongoing Training Resources via the Knowledge Base for onboarding new staff and maintaining consistent standards.

We also offer refresher training sessions for businesses with regular team changes or new management, but we recommend using the Knowledge Base first for a no-cost option.


Extended Support & Maintenance Options

Because your wine system is a working part of your business, we offer flexible service options beyond the standard warranty. These are ideal for busy venues, hotels, and wineries that prefer peace of mind and proactive maintenance.

  • Remote Support
    Need help fast? Our technicians are available for remote troubleshooting, charged in 30-minute blocks. We’ll work directly with your team or local tradesperson to get you back up and running quickly and affordably.
  • On-Site Service
    If an issue can’t be resolved remotely, our team can attend your venue for in-person repairs or maintenance. We mostly use this as a last resort, so we can keep support as affordable and fast as possible.
  • Planned Annual Maintenance
    Our annual packages include a fixed-fee scheduled service visit each year to inspect parts, update firmware, and ensure your system continues to pour perfectly.
