P&V Paddington uncorks rare wines in month-long tasting series

Throughout July 2025, we partnered with P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants to bring something seriously special to their beloved neighbourhood bottle-o and wine bar: a month-long tasting series pouring rare wines by the glass.

The month-long tasting experience gave wine lovers a chance to dip into P&V’s cellar of curiosities without having to commit to a full bottle. Guests could expect a weekly rotating lineup of small-batch, back-vintage, offbeat and hype-worthy wines you’re unlikely to find open anywhere else, all served perfectly preserved thanks to Enomatic’s state-of-the-art pouring system.
